Abba House Curriculum
Being
Made Whole
by Jim Sharp
Being Made Whole covers every aspect
of healing from a Christian perspective. The emphasis and context of healing
are relationship with God, with others and relationship with ourselves.
This course identifies what the normal Christian life is, the bondage that
keeps us from having it and how we receive our inheritance as children of
God.
The Foundation Series
by Derek Prince
One of the century’s greatest bible scholars
explores the basics of the Christian faith. Learning the fundamentals of
the Word of God establishes the foundation on which all healing rests.
Experiencing God
by Henry Blackaby & Claude
King
Students learn how to hear God’s voice and how to do God’s will.
Completing a workbook, an experiential discussion and practice of these
principles in a group setting makes easier the learning process.
The Wounded Heart
by Dr. Dan Allender
Abba House uses the book The Wounded Heart, Hope for Adult Victims of
Childhood Sexual Abuse and its accompanying workbook as a diagnostic tool
to uncover abuse in the women we minister to. We use Wounded Heart in an
experiential group setting to set free the victims and produce victors in
their places.
Boundaries
by Dr. Henry Cloud & Dr. John
Townsend
Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced
lifestyle. This course uses the text book and workbook to see what biblical
principles define interpersonal relationships. We use Boundaries in an experiential
group so that the bondage supporting boundaries that are too strong or the
lack of boundaries can be taken to the cross.
